The State Level Recruitment Commission (SLRC) has released two distinct notifications related to the recruitment of 12,600 Class-3 and Class-4 posts in accordance with the Assam Direct Recruitment for Class-3 and Class-4 Analogous Posts Rules 2022. The online application process for Assam Direct Recruitment 2023 will commence on 10th November 2023. Educational Qualifications: Candidates who have passed the Bachelor’s Degree with a Computer Certificate/ Diploma of a minimum 6 months duration can apply online for these posts.

Grade-III (Category-II)

Name of Posts: Field Assistant, Fieldman, Foreman, Section Assistant, Soil Conservation Field Worker Junior, Agriculture Extension Officer, etc.

Educational Qualifications: Candidates who have passed HSSLC or class 12th or equivalent can apply online for these posts. (For some posts, candidates should be class 12th passed from the science stream.)

Grade-3(Category-III)

Name of Post: Driver

No of Posts: 418 Posts

Educational Qualifications: Candidates who have passed HSLC or equivalent can apply online for these posts.

Employment Exchange Registration: Candidates must have a valid employment exchange registration number of Assam to be eligible for this recruitment.

Citizenship: Candidates must be a citizen of India.

Age Limit: The candidate’s age should not be less than 18 years and not more than 40 years as of 1st January 2023.
