Mission Basundhara 3.0 online Land Records Update Portal
Mission Basundhara Portal
The Department of Revenue and Disaster Management, Assam has developed a new portal named Mission Basundhara to resolve and update the land records of the state. Under the leadership of Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma, the Department of Revenue and Disaster Management is facing massive reforms and Mission Basundhara is one of those reforms. In order to streamline and solve land revenue services and make more accessible to citizens, Mission Basundhara was conceptualized under the leadership of Hon’ble Chief Minister, Assam. Through this mission, the Government of Assam has endeavored to provide better service to the citizens and make the process hassle free.

Mission Basundhara initiative has been started by the Government of Assam from 2021 onwards. In that time, Mission Basundhara was a huge hit and more than 8 lakh applications were submitted. After that, the Government of Assam has launched Mission Basundhara 3.0 on 20th October 2024 with many new services. Following is the list of all available services including old ones under the Mission Basundhara.

How To Apply For Mission Basundhara 3.0 Scheme
For Online apply for Mission Basundhar Portal 3.0 Services you should have follow below steps to complete all the steps.
- Scroll up, and check the Services of Mission Basundhara section.
- You will get a list of services with application link.
- Click on the link for the service you want.
- Now, the official web portal of Mission Basundhara will load in the new tab of your browser.
- Now, click on the Apply button of the service.
- Another new tab will load. Enter your active mobile number and click on Send OTP button.
- Now, enter the OTP on the provided field and click on Submit OTP button.
- After successful login, you will get four steps to complete.
- Complete all the steps one by one by providing all the asked details.
- After completing all the steps your application will be submitted.
- Also, you will receive an acknowledgement copy of your submission.
- Keep that acknowledgement copy for future use.

5. Settlement of AP transferred land from original AP holder. (NEW)
6. Regularization of settlement of PGR VGR LAND. (NEW)
7. Online payment of Land Revenue. (NEW)
8. Field Mutation of Land by right of inheritance (Rural only). (OLD)
9. Field Mutation of Land after deed registration (Rural only). (OLD)
10. Field Partition of Land (Rural only). (OLD)
11. Reclassification of agricultural land to non-agricultural land less than 1 bigha. (OLD)
12. Allotment Certificate to Periodic Patta. (OLD)
13. Conversion of Land from Anual Patta to Periodic Patta. (OLD)
